On a rainy Friday, Eric asked if I wanted to go out for drinks + a snack – which is my favorite combo ever so I said a resounding “YES PLS” and threw this outfit on. Since pairing down my wardrobe to the pieces that I love, it’s made getting dressed easier and faster. Rubber boots that were an absolute splurge but work beautifully in the snow and rain (and have therefore been worn lots this Winter), a silky skirt that could use an ironing but always looks put together, my mini black purse that I’ve worn nearly every day for the past month, and a sleeveless sweater to show just a bit of skin on a chilly night. Not pictured is the large black trench I chucked over my head to make it out the door without getting soaked.
